In case of placement using the sample(s), you will split the publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points & advance fees with DOT.50 fairly and Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to DOT.50.
NO sample clearing hassles at all. If the sample(s) are used on any NON MAJOR LABEL platforms, you can do anything you'd like with them.

I would also appreciate it if you keep the fairness in the producer community by keeping this pack to yourself and not republish or sell these samples.

If you don't follow these terms and conditions, I will take legal action (but let's not try to get there).
